Here's the A/Pro Moto 2 start, then some footage of Billy practicing earlier in the week, then a couple clips of Cowboy Kenny. This is really lo-res, but notice Kenny's nose wheelie after clearing the first two tabletops on the kiddie track at the very end of the video!
