Oversize Bar Swap - What is needed?

Hello, I picked up an Applied Top Triple Clamp for my 1997 KX 250 a few weeks ago for cheap but didn't notice that it is for oversized bars.

Will I need to change out my throttle control, brake clamp, clutch clamp if I go to the oversized bars vs. the smaller diameter stock bars that are on the bike currently.

no, it will all fit the same. :cool:

Oversize bars provide a larger diameter at the clamping area, and then taper down to standard 7/8" OD for the controls and grips. So long as you have the correct clamps, everything else should fit just fine.
