Next time!!! I'm sure if I took one more run at it I'd have gotten it.. Or killed myself... one or the other... Overal, the whole ride was a blast for me. It pushed my riding skills about as far as they have been pushed in over a decade, and not only that, you guys are all excellent riders to go out with. Patient, fun, skilled, and mature about the ride. It's rare to find people who will take the time to make sure eveyone is having a good time, and even though there were moments when I'm sure you all had to wait for me to catch up, nobody complained once, and that was really cool in my book. I am really looking forward to my next ride up there.

Oh yeah.. I lost about 5lbs that day to top it all off! What a workout! We might need to start calling Dan "Scooter Fonda" and we can call the video "Monkey Buns of Steel" lol

5 lbs! thats awesome! I had a great time riding with you all and would go agian with the same group any day. Dave, I cant belive your a relative new rider, you did an awesome job and rode much faster in very hard conditions than many more experianced riders, I think a few more hours at paragon and youll be a lean mean green riding machiene!!

Dave,

Glad to hear you had a good time on your first trip to Paragon.  You don't need to worry about us waiting for you, as was said before, it gave us a chance to take a break, and just think, next time when we have another new rider with us, you can take a break too....thats the only problem with being new at trail riding....you never get a break, just as you catch up to the group, they are all rested and ready to go    But you did great Dave, you kept up well, and never really got too far behind.

hmmmmm....Monkey bunns of steel......sometimes I wish I had bunns of steel when I ride the KTM.....that seat is  not the most comfortable.
