pc pipes

i just bought a pc works pipe/r304 silencer for my rm 125 06 and it doesnt fit really good i can't bolt it in the middle braket who hold the junction of the pipe and the silencer ,and i always burn my pants with this new pipes because it doesnt fit like the old one.
i was thinking that it was not the good pipe but the parts number are exact it suppose to fit ,unless my frame is twisted

IS IT NORMAL?

yes they just said that it suppose to fit and its my bike the problem lol
