PC296 won't fit on FMF Torque

I just tried to put my new PC type 296 silencer on and it wont fit over my FMF Torque pipe. Anyone else have this problem??? How do you get it on??? I was thinking of dremeling the ID or heating it. Any suggestions??? It looks really close like it should fit but won't quite go on.

Are you talking about connecting the silencer to the pipe ?
If so then you should have the original rubber seal that the two slid into .

I have the ruber seal. But the silencer should slide over the pipe rather than butt against it. At least the stock one does.

Maybe the 220 is different but on the 200 the pipes join by sliding into the rubber seal on each side .
