im looking at putting a new pipe on my XR250(its stock now) to get some more power, i dont really want the Q pipe because i hear that you will loose a bit of power. in my case im not worried about a spark arrestor or sound reduction, any suggestions?

I put a Big Gun Race series muffler and header on my nephews 96 XR 250 about a month ago and he loves it. He had a Super Trapp muffler only prior to that and it sounded weird and finally broke off. The bike is not that loud with the Big Gun on it and you can get a Quiet core for it is noise is an issue.

bit is the key word here. you'd never notice. get the quiet pipe, its worth to save your ears, your friends ears, and most important of all it will annoy less people! we are fighting a losing battle for riding areas.
