They are very durable with decent filter care and good oil. I have almost a full season on a top end and the bike is still strong, tight, and quiet. Compression is like new. I might pull mine for an inspection/cleaning in mid season, but now there is no need. The factory GG guys claim 1500 miles on a top end, for what thats worth.
