I'm looking to go south for the winter and ride somewhere, I have been looking at www.georgiaoffroad.com seems there are lots of practice tracks, anyone in particular that everyone likes or can approve ? I'm looking for a supercross type outdoor facility maybe with a nice peewee track. Northern part of georgia would be best./close to I-75

There is an SX style track near Calhoun, GA. Last year their number was: 706-629-4450.

They didn't have a peewee track, but they did run separate practices for the big and little bikes. It was a cool track when I was there, though I never did go for the big double.

I also saw something a while ago about another one up 575...maybe near Canton?

I think the one you are talking about HLG is the Talking Rock MX track. It is just North of Jasper (in Talking Rock, Ga). You can find it on georgia offroad dot com.

It has a nice supercross track that is fairly new, $15/day, pee wee track and an oval track. They also have several miles of trails that will re-open (epa shut down) when they build some bridges over creeks.

The supercross track is fun for all rider's abilities.:)
