The dunes in Albany, Georgia

Has anyone heard or been here before? I live in Macon, Georgia and looking for somewhere in South Georgia to ride during the winter months. Due to the closure of the ORV trails in north Georgia until April 1st. I need to find a place that has some trails. I was told that this is a local hot spot in south Georgia. Any details and directions would be great.

Don't waste your time. The dunes is nothing but a big sand pit and they don't allow riding there any more. Some people still go, but they are risking arrest/ticket.
