Places to Ride in Socal

I'm looking for some new places to ride is Socal, or really anywhere relatively close to socal. Gorman is fun, and Pismo is good ifyou don't mind a bit of a drive...but you guyz know of any other places to ride ?

There are lots of places to ride around SoCal! Rowher Flats, Ballinger Canyon, Jawbone/Dove Springs, El Mirage, San Bernardino NF, and many more. There's a website that lists all the riding areas, but I can't find it right now. I'm sure someone will jump in as soon as they get back from Dirt Week. If you don't mind driving up to Pismo, Clear Creek near Coalinga is another great riding spot.

Oh man, there are TONS of places to ride in Socal!! In addition to the ones ggoja mentioned, there is Cal City, Phelan, Lucern, Ocotillo Wells, Glamis, Big Bear, Kennedy Meadows........hundreds of thousands of acres at your finger tips! Okay, I'm going to cry now. :( (former socal resident)

What kind of riding do you prefer? Someone in the socal wrecking crew forum asked the same question and here are the links they were given.

I'm in the San Fernando Valley...Gorman is only about 45 min. from here, and thanks to your replies, i know a lot more places to ride around socal....THANKS GUYZ....now if only my Honda dealer could get my my new crf250 just a little quicker......now they are saying the end of November........oh man......i want to go ride now...!!!
