black rims on yz125?

hey im thinking about powdercoating my rims on my 01 yz125 black....do you think i should paint everything including the spokes??? how much do you think it will cost? Does anybody know where i can get a DC shoes graphic kit?

it could be cheaper to buy new rims because new Excel rims are about $99 a piece, I don't know about the spokes though, look it up on google and I don't think DC shoes make a graphics kit for a 01 yz125, they usually make graphic kits for newer bikes like 03 and up.

the excels look sweet on a yz i have one on the front of mine with the black plastics cant wait to get my back rim

I wouldn't powdercoat...I would anodize.

Black Anodized rims look pretty cool. The downside is that you will have to completely disassemble the wheels.
