Ok, so I've been pulling apart the powervalves on my 97 kdx200 and managed to lose a bit already :coocoo:
On the left hand side of the main shaft there is a gear with a cam type bit on it that is held on by a nut ... below this is a ball bearing ... and that should be held in place by some sort of spring? I've only got the ball bearing and the hollow bolt that sits below it and one washer.
According to the fische there should be 2 washers and a spring that holds the ball bearing up against the cam part of the powervalve gear? Can someone verify that so I can order parts in peace? :ugg:
