With the new CRF250X handle bar mounts, I have found the clamp from the bars to the head stock bend very easially, I was wondering if the pro tapers would be more flexible and be a happy medium in regard to bending the clamps, the stock bars have the brace across them and I think they may be to rigid.
I realise the whole idea behind the clamps is to avoid bending the bars, but after you change a few sets of clamps you could of bought a new set of bars.
Anyone got any suggestions?
