My general idea of what a steering stabilizer does is: lessens the forces on a rider when he or she rides over bumps and roots. Thus making it easier for the rider to correct the handlebars to the straight position which keeps the bike moving on its intended path. That way the rider isn't overpowered by the moving/dancing handlebars. Am I correct?? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Im asking because next year I am buying an 05' Kdx200 and want to prepare it for enduro/trail mods. One of which will be a stabilizer and aluminum bars.
