The bike shop i normally go to burned up a month ago. I was using their HP trans oil in my YZ 250. What can i use instead of that? I have some 10w-30 yamalube would that be acceptable for the crankcase (its thumper oil)? Ive heard of using tranny oil, and gear oil. Growing up with the old bikes i had i used just about anything that i had in the shop. ;)
