Race Tech Gold Valve fork/shock kits

Has anyone had any experience with the Race Tech Fork or Shock kits. I'm interested in stiffening up my CRF450 fork to start with and then probably the Shock as well to take hard landings better. I want to go to a .49 fork spring but was wondering if it would be worth my time to put the Gold Valve type 1 or 2 kit in also. Any opinions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :worship:

Try the kdx forum, it does not have info on Honda forks :nener: :) but it does have quie a bit of general info on them.
