Here is a few pictures of RC and Pastrana in the corner that Pastrana went down. As you can see - there was a tricky rut. Guys were getting hung up in this corner all night long.

Pics tell it all

The pics show what I saw. TP just panicked and went down because of pressure from RC. TP still does not have enough experience and it has shown all year so far. DV sure looks like championship material.

A friend sent me these photos... I agree - the close ups tell a whole different story - TP was struggling here all night.

Good pics. It looked to me that Travis would have gone down even if RC wasn't there when I saw it on TV. I'd say the pictures show that now.

Actually when looking at #2, Travis almost took out Ricky's front wheel. It just shows racing at a top level at its finest-great photos.

Those photos were taken by Steve Bruhn (TFS). He has a series of 7 photos that show the whole 'event'.
Hate to see RC treated like that after the race. Listened to it on SX Live, those boo's were LOUD!

Say what you want about RC but that kid keeps it on two wheels beter than anyone. How did he keep it upright? I am so sick of SX fans.

Hannah and Carmichael-two of the best at riding over the edge and saving it. Definitely hard-core.

Great pics!! They do tell the real story. I was happy to see DV win, but I feel that way to keep the series competitive (not because of the crash). I am surprised you do not see more of these type of collisions in SX. There is not a lot of room out there.

I bet that has something to do with the Easy Rideresque suspension setup RC runs. That bike looked bad on many areas of the track, but it was really noticable in the whoops. Bet Jer could back me up on this. RC style is basicaly like a bull rider, he hangs on with he throttle pinned. bet he has some serious lower body strength.

RC seems to have mellowed out the low rider bike stance a little this year. In an interview with him before Anaheim 3 he said that they had raised the rear of his bike some and he was much more comfortable on it. RC definitely has his own style, I'm kinda digging the low, pulled back bars.

Lower body strength

bet he has some serious lower body strength.

Think that there is more than just HUGE lower body strength
he keeps it pinned in places where other guys would let off

i think that strength your talking about is Testosterone

.....i hope that came out right....
