Hi all,

I'm working on the wife's XR200 and noticed that the rear sprocket is a little sloppy; meaning I can wiggle it back and forth quite a bit. Does that mean the little rubber thingees in the hub are shot?? And if so, is that something I can fix? Also, does anyone know the torque spec for tightening the hub bolts? Thanks in advance!

The rubber bushes are worn. They can be replaced with new ones. You have to be careful getting em out. I have the same problem in my 200 from the same year

The snap ring / sprocket interface is worn. You might flip the snap ring over to place the worn surface away from the sprocket. You might also flip the sprocket over, again to place the worn surface away from the snapring.

If I remember correctly the worn rubber will not make it wobble, it is up to the snap ring to keep it straight.

The snap ring groove in the hub will also wear, but there is no easy fix for that.
