Rear Shock Spring Green/blue

My 220 is fitted with the standard blue spring on the rear shock.(5.0kg).Because I weigh 67kg(147lbs) it is difficult to get the static sag ratios correct.(25mm/100mm).Iget 35mm/100.
Looking at Fredette Racings site he suggests a 4.6kg spring.
Question.I have a spare old E1 shock with a green spring which should be 4.6kg according to the parts list.Will this do the trick or do the colours mean something extra.

The E-1's used the green shock but the part numbers are the same. Go green if you have one.
