Recommendations on new sprockets and chain?

I have a 2003 yamaha yz250f and my sprockets are getting worn and chain is kind of old. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on what type of sprockets and chain I should get or what has worked well for them in the past?

What kind of riding do you do for the most part?

I do a little bit of motocross but i tend to do a lot of trail riding usually pretty rough terrain

Steel front and rear sprockets are what you want...and a D.I.D. gold X-ring chain......chain is expensive, but worth every penny....your bike will be worn out before the chain is.....

Primary Drive sells a chain and sprocket kits that is not too badly priced my brother has been happy with the kit he got for his bike....But the DID is a awesome chain too!

I just picked up a set of Ironman Sprockets yesterday.

They claim they will outlast on average about 30 chains. We'll see.

I,ve had some really good reports from people who have tried ironman sprockets.
