redoing the top end...got some questions

Hi guys, i'm in the process on doingthe top end of my 99 CR250. i took the cylinder off, how do you get the right torque on the cylinder since the socket doesnt fit?
also, i have one little scratch on the bottom (inside) of the cylinder wall that i can feel with my finger. is it a big deal or not?
do you have to hone the cylinder when changing the piston or not?

The scratch should be repaired for a proper top end build. At a minimum, I'd hone it lightly.

well, my top end is done. took way longer than expected but i guess i spent way more time reading the shop manual than actually doing something. i started the break-in and everything is going smooth so far
