Reed valve or silencer?

I have an extra $150 to spend on a little something for my bike, and I was thinking either a reed valve such as a Delta 3 or a RAD Valve, or an aftermarket silencer (either a PC 2 Shorty or Titanium 2). What would you guys recommend for me? Thanks for your time.

If your exhaust is stock dont bother with the silencer. just my opinion.....

nice aluminum bars W/fresh grips would rock.
a graphic kit would add eye candy.

Get the motor ported by Eric. Lots more bang for the buck than anything else.
