Regestering in Vermont

Hey,

I live in massachusetts and cannot get my bike insured for liability, and i have herd that some people register in Vermont to get around this. I was wondering if anyone that has done this could tell me exactly how this is done. I mean what forms to fill out to register through the mail and where to get them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This thread has been here awhile, and someone must know something about regestering a bike in Vermont to get liability insurance.
