DirtWeek 2004!!!
September 27 - October 2

Stillwater, OK

Asterisk has once again come through... the first 150 to register are entered into the Free Braces Give-Away to be awarded at DirtWeek. You'll be fitted at DW by Billy Frank

Registration Info:

How it works.

1) Click the appropriate link below to register via Paypal or with Money Order/Cashier's Check (no personal checks this year please unless thru paypal).

Paypal
A) You will see the "shopping cart". Select either Adult Rider or Youth Rider (14 & under) / Attendee.
B) Add your screen name or the youth rider/attendee screen name, then...
C) Click "Add to cart". When the new screen appears, select the number of days you will attend.
D) Either "check-out" or "continue shopping". If you continue you can add additional people to your transaction, ie; if your family is attending, you can add everyone to one transaction.

Once the Paypal transaction completes, you will be redirected to the Liability Waiver. READ IT. At the bottom of that page is the link to the actual registration form. ONE FORM FOR EVERYONE ATTENDING must be completed. Follow the instructions on the form. When the form is submitted, you will see a confirmation page. If you need to fill out additional forms, use the browser's BACK button to go back to the form.

You DO NOT have to print the forms this year (unless paying by check). PRINT YOUR PAYPAL TRANACTION RECEIPT you received via email and bring it with you. You will need it at sign in.

At this point, you are done.

If paying by Money Order or Cashier's Check:

1) Click the appropriate link below to register with Money Order/Cashier's Check (no personal checks this year please unless thru paypal). You are taken directly to the Liability Waiver. READ IT!. At the bottom of that page is the link to the Registration Form. Fill it out completely.

DO NOT HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON YET!

Once you have the form filled-out, PRINT IT. After the form is printed, THEN hit submit! Include the first page of this form with your payment and mail it to:

DirtWeek 2004
c/o Marcel Didier
9650 W. Buckhill Road
Galena, IL 61036

Make checks payable to "DirtRider.Net"

You MUST FILL OUT ONE FORM FOR EACH PERSON ATTENDING. It's advisable to print two copies of the form and bring the second one with you.

At this point, You are done.

--------------------------------------------------
If you have any problems with, or questions about, the process, please post here.

We will be limiting attendance to 400 again this year, so don't delay! We will open registration to the masses May 1.

Fees are: 25.00 per day for adult riders, 15.00 for Youth Riders and non-riding attendees. (Youth = 14 & Under)

Submitted, errored out on the redirect to liability waiver though. Paypal shows the transfer of funds but never saw the waiver. Can I get the link to it?

I hope I got everything sent in ok. After the printing of the form, when I hit submit, I got a message that said the liability and date fields were not filled out and I did not get a new page like it said in the directions. The link you posted in the above thread does not come up either. I registered using the check/money order method. I have two hard copies each of 4 different registrations, so I guess I will send them in with the money and hope everything went through ok.

My bad, it's not the same error as evenslower.

This is the error I get.

Field Liability+Sig not exist!

I don't have any problem getting to the link, only when I submit though it didn't take me there automatically

It is however a different error message than when I 1st tried about 30 minutes ago yet I have changed nothing.

All my registrations (4) was confirmed. I used the link you just sent. The only thing I had to change was where it asked what I like to ride, MX or trails. I had trails and then a new error came up when I tried to send. It said something + woods dont add up, so I went back and left that part blank for all forms and it went thru.

Couple of questions...I'd like to attend and bring my son along, but as I am currently bikeless and he isn't yet ready to race we'd just be attendees...are you limiting it to 400 riders or 400 registrations? I'm still waiting on my personnel dept. to approve vacation, so I can't sign up as of yet. Also, assuming I pay for 3 or 4 days, do the days have to be specified, or is it come when you want? Thanks.
