remove xr600 seat??? HOW DO I

I'm trying to remove the seat to get my dual sport kit working correctly. Don't know how to get it off. Also I read about adjusting the shocks for race sag and free sag but where are the things I adjust?? LOL, no manual yet.

There should be a ring at the top of the spring on the shock that you turn to adjust sag. You may have to tap it with a hammer and large screwdriver to get it to move. Can't help you with the seat, unless it's just the two bolts on the rear sides, at the top of the side number plates, then pull it backward?

Getting that seat off was sure easy. LOL, just the two bolts like you said. I"ll look for the sag when I go over there after work today.
