I was wondering if I remove my main bearings from the cases days before I have the new bearings to put back in place will the hole where the main bearings fit in the cases contract and cause problems with installing the new bearings?? BTW its a 2001 Honda CR 250.

Uhh.. as long as you heat the cases, and freeze the bearings, you shoudn't have a problem.

No problem with removing the bearings before you get the new ones .
Just put a little heat on the cases to aid in instalation .
I don't like to freeze the bearing , It seems to have alot of condensation on them when they are heating back up . I don't like rust !
