hi guys, so ive decided im going to lose my oil pump as i cant get hold of the correct oil pipe and i have noticed a split in my 2 stroke oil tank and i want to know i have sufficiant lubrication, anyway im thinking an oil ratio of 32/1 of fully synthetic does this seem a good ratio and oil? or do you run a different ratio with good results. regards Nick.

Yeah I've always used 32:1 in my bikes. You will need to rejet your bike as it will likely be lean when you start running premix in it.

I dont feel that synthetic oil is worth the extra cost, but you should do a search and read over a few old threads so you can form your own opinion.

Probably not, realistically, as it is probably jetted rich from the factory. If the bike is not jetted correctly, it will not run/start as well as it could. There is plenty of information about jetting on the net, and it's pretty easy to do. You need to be patient though as it may involve a bit of trial and error.
