Hi all
Snapped the bracket on my Master Clyinder where the front break leaver bolts onto, Master cylinder is in good nick as the front brake still work, but the lever wont stay put.
Is it possible to weld a made up bracket for the top part of the bracket as the bottom bracket is still inplace?
IS there a special type of weld you need to use when welding to the cast metal that the M/C is made out of?
Also can i use a different master cylinder from another bike if welding a makeshift top bracket is not an option?
This solution would only be a quick fix for this weekends riding as i will have the money to purchase a genuine Master Cylinder next week!
Why couldnt the lever just snappppp grhhh
My bike is an RM 250 2002 model by the way!!
