Going to do my topend and noticed the Wiseco Piston Kit does not come with a new wristpin bearing. Should I replace this or reuse the existing? How often should they be replaced? It's only $15.

IMO, it should be replaced every time you replace the wrist pin. The old bearing is worn in to the old wrist pin. If you just replace the pin and not the bearing, the old bearing will wear the new pin and itself faster than normal. Especially if the old bearing is excessively worn or damaged in any way.
For the peace of mind, replace it.

Hmmmm... I just did a top end in my 03 YZ250 using a wiseco kit and it came with a new wrist pin and bearing.
I've heard of this and seen piston kits with the bearing, but the last four I purchased did not come with the bearing. I think I paid approx. $12 extra to Wiseco or the dealer for the bearing. I've purchased older Wiseco pistons still in box that did not even have the wrist pin.

Various kits out there.. this one does not have the bearing in it.. at least it didn't mention it in the "Package Incluedes" tab.
