Replacing leaky fork seals

How hard is it to replace fork seals? What special tools are required? Are there any how to web sites? Or, would it be in the bikes best interest to let a dealer do it?

You need two tools but you can probably make them. Using PVC and two nuts (for the spring guide) What kind of bike is it?
