Hello all. We just moved to the Richmond, VA area and are looking for a place to ride for all of us (me, wife, son (11), and daughter (9)). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
cool, I live in henrico. Have you ever heard of surry county (it's right across the james river)? If you do, there is a park down there called "slades park". there is a bunch of trails there. they have a pee-wee track, and a bigger track(but they are both flat, and have whoops). The tracks aren't really all that good though, they are just built for speed. The best part are the trails though. It's a neat place to check out, but I warn you when you go during spring and summer, because most of the place turns into sand from the heat and all the riders tearing it up. believe it or not, it is best in winter when the ground compacts and hardens.
