Riding on USFS in Tripp Flats/Bautista creek area

Has anyone ridden in this area on the OHV trails? If so are they single track trails and is it any good. From the maps it looks a bit short in distance.

In addition, has anyone been to Wildomar USFS OHV area in the last month or two, after the rains? I was wondering how the conditions were.

Any input would be appreciated.
