right side crank seal

04 rm 250, can the right side crank seal be replaced without splittng cases? Not positive its the seals fault yet have to pressurize the crank and leak check, bike breaks up and smokes a good bit with loads of black spooge pulling the pipe shows lots of brownish black oil dripping from cyl.Stock jetting. Dont think its coolant but not positive clutch oil looked normal when drained.

yes its possible. on that RM the collar is part of the primary gear (or I'd say replace that too) - check it for wear. you said stock jetting - do you have stock pipes? go the jetting route FIRST then open the clutch cover.
