Rm question

Hello everybody. im new here and i have a very important question. i have a 1985 rm 125 that i had to put new crank berrings in. I have done all of the work and in trying to put it together. there is this little L braccket deal that goes on the shift drum. I have to pull it up toget the case back togethr but its a pain to pull it up does any one know what to do. there is a websight that has a picture of the part it is number 18 if u look the bike up under transmition thanks! it is bikebandit.co

REALLY no one has even the slightest idea on what i could do. PLeas is there anyone that knows

i have no experience with that specific model but one trick is to take the spring from the bracket and, after closing the trans, just put it back in place.

You can do what Helio said or, if there is a bolt holding the bracket in place, remove the bolt and re-install the bracket after the cases are together. I take it you are refering to the shift detent?
