RM250 smoking

I went riding today and my bike started smoking after I climbed a big hill it smells real bad too. it runs fine i drained the oil and the full 750cc's came out the compression is good and i also checked the reeds they are fine i dont know whats wrong :bang:

Could it have somehow have blown a head gasket? pull the plug and see if it has coolant on it.

is it possible you were gettin on it more than usual when you were climbing, and maybe it was just burning some spooge out of the pipe and silencer?

its not the head gasket the raditor is full and i doubt it was full of spoge i dont put around

You don't have to putt around to have a slight build up of spooge in the pipe and silencer. My son keeps a decent pace on his 125 with no external signs of spooge, we lent the bike to a local pro for a few laps and when he came back you could smell the burnt oil as the pro just got the bike that much hotter. The hill may have just supplied that much extra load that got it just that little bit hot enough to make a difference.
