hello not posted any messages lately just bought suzuki rmx250 and it seens to choke up very easily and i need to rev it very hard but it dosen't want to clear, any body had the same prob and what was the remedy? thanx paul

Clean airfilter, repack muffler, change sparkplug & then try again.

Then start reaching for the jets as most bikes are usually rich std. Use the [search] key above when looking for info on jetting.

My RMX does that. its nothing new on those bikes. what year do you have. my bike is a 93 make sure the choke is off. some people don't know what is on and what is off

Thanx for the replys its a 94 model goes like stink choke is off and air filter clean going to Isle of Man this weekend so I'll look at it when I get back
