I have a 06 rmz 250 suzuki I bought new in dec.06. Within 3 weeks of purchase the front sprocket seal started leaking oil enough to make a small puddle. Changed the two o-rings and seal. After a couple of rides, same thing. I now have the seals and o-rings ordered for the third time.Is anyone else having this problem?

Many times riders simply have their chain too tight. A chain that is just the slightest bit to the tight side can, and will, hose up many things like CS seals, wheel bearings, sprocket teeth, etc...
Do some searching and find out how to properly adjust the chain tension. Btw..the "three finger" method is NOT sufficient for proper tensioning.

Alignment of the sprockets is also critical to proper function.
