San Diego Area Trail rides

Hey guys. I'm a long time mountain biker but I'm going to be steeping into MX this summer. Learning right now on a buddy's bike until I can get my own in a few months. Are there any good trail rides around the San Diego area? I know about Lake Morena having ridden my mountain bike there years ago. (Which sucked ass BTW. Bing on a mtn. bike around dirt bikes isn't a good idea.) But is there anything else. I know most of the trails I ride now don't allow motorized vehicles.

Mccains valley/Lark canyon is the only other area that is legal for red/green sticker bikes until you drop into the desert. If you have a dual sport bike then there are alot more areas you can ride.
