I saw that headline and thought that you re did the shoulder, glad to hear the injuries were "minor" :eek: ( I don't bounce back near as quick as you do). If it makes ya feel any better at least one of my coworkers is convinced I am a battered spouse, in his words " no one would keep doing that to THEMSELVES" :laugh:

Wow... You are tough indeed.. and motivated! I kid you not, I fell on my head/face in a race and quit for years. Just knocked the snot out of me. Scared the BeJesus out of me too :) But I had wife and new kid and simply could not afford to get hurt then. Well at least thats my excuse!
