seized linkage

i have a 1983 cr60 and today found 2 of the linkage collars seized inside the linkage arms. this bike has a simple linkage design, no bearings just collars and dust seals. i tried spraying wd40 in them and working them around but they wont budge. any advice on getting these out?

I would try heat and then a penetrating oil....the heat will expand the metal and allow the lube to penetrate...I had a frozen flywheel on an old snowmobile (circa 1979) that took 6 nights of heating, lubing, attempting to pull, repeat, until it finally came off.
