setting clickers advice

I have a CRF450R 06 and i was wondering how You set ur supension up, number of clicks from all they way hard, in the compersion and the rebound, and your weight and how i should set mine up any help would be much appersated
I'm 150lb's
BTW there 16 turns and both compersion and rebound

please help
