Setup Question

I have a 2002 YZ250F, I weigh 225lbs and ride primarily MX in the Vet C Class. I recently changed my fork and shock springs to the following rates, fork - .45 and rear shock - 5.4. Can someone give me a baseline to start out with as far as the clickers go? I have set the sag to 100mm.

Alphado try this ; Fork 95 mm oil comp 10 out rebound 10 out . shock LSc 12/14 HSC 1 3/4 turns out rebound 8 clicks . You may need to turn that shock rebound in more to control that heavier spring . Did you take it off your 426? Ive setup quite a few of these 250fs but never went as high as 5.4 spring. but if it works for you then great ... Good Luck

It was the stock spring that I had left from my 426.
