should i rebuild the topend?

my 00' kx 125 has been jetted to the full extent( weve moved the airscrew, raised the clip(which lowers the needle), rejetted the main jet and we have the leanest pallet jet in). we are now considering rebuilding the topend. im pretty sure the topend has NEVER been rebuilt :think: :| . any suggestions or ideas are EXTREMELY appreciated. thanx

Rebuild it NOW - if it's never been rebuilt, it's probably a blown motor waiting to happen.

If you're riding a lot this year, you'll probably want to change the ring at least once before winter and then the piston and ring at least once more before winter.

I'll be riding 2-3 times per week, including 3 races a month. I will likely be doing ring, piston and ring, ring - all before winter.
