You need to have the pic available on the web and then just click on the "insert image" icon in the reply box. That icon is the one with the mountain.

You must have your pic hosted somewhere on the internet. Find your pic and copy the properties. Then when you post click on the little letter icon ( looks like an envelope with a pic of a mountain on it) and paste the pic properties into that box. Viola pic is posted.

when I do that, I get an error that says
SpamKiller: Your Post contains one or more links... please remove them before submitting your post.

...but it doesn't. It's an image from imageshack. Flickr didn't do any better.
