I considered that we couldn't pull it off in time.
I considered that we could have a hard time reaching a concensous.
I worried that vendors would be slow to react.

I shouldn't have.
You determined what application the build is for, you stayed focused, you avoided unessesary bling (well, we did need to add two little things for fun :laugh: )... no bickering, no hurt feelings. Everyone involved really came together big time. The suppliers were awesome. Everyone did the site proud!
