I have a 1997 SX250 and I've been having trouble with the spark plug fouling. I'm not bogging out, I keep it screamin'. It just fouls at random, like coasting down hills in second gear. What could be causing this?

If your bike tends to foul plugs "coasting down hills in second gear" you are probably rich on the PILOT JET. Try the next step smaller (lower #). Does the bike idle? Where is your air screw set?
It could be other things, but I would start there first.
