I was going to order a few extra plugs to have for my bike and I was wondering if a regular racing plug or an iridium plug would be better. I know I can use both on my bike because the NGK website says I can. I am currently using the racing plug, but I was wondering if the iridium plug would be more efficient and last longer, or it would be just a waste of money.

Ask the pros to confirm this, but I always went with the "cheaper" plugs being told the irridium had a longer lasting finer electrode tip. The irridium tip would last more hours of riding before eroding, and supposeldy less fouling build-up would occur.
My experience is a plug never lasted long enough to need the longevity of the better material.
