I've tried multiple jetting changes on my bike and it continues to be a spooge creator. Is spooge caused by the main jet, needle or pilot primarily? :(

I've found that more than not, the pilot affects the amount of spooge you will experience, but a lot depends on how hard you ride too.
Have you repacked your silencer lately?

The silencer is about two months old and hasn't been repacked. I guess I'll have to lower the pilot jet further, but it will be outside what has been recommended of 45 to 42. Your thoughts?

I bought an FMF pipe and silencer after my first ride and noticed a lot of spooge as well. After jetting: stock main, 42 pilot, needle at second clip, it got better but was still there. Then I realized that I put the rubber spacer ring in backwards. I added a bit of high temp silicon when put back correctly no more spooge. Moral of the story.....check your ring.
