Squeeling??

every time i land from jumping i have this nasty sound coming from the the front end. i tightend up the steering stem and it still does it.can this be a lack in fork oil?if not what can it be?any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :yeehaw: :yeehaw: :yeehaw:
