Can you reliably sleeve a cylinder the second time around?

Finished rebuilding the motor today (bottom end and new rings) took it out for a shake down after a couple of break in runs.
After a half hour run on the road to check reliability I was satisfied that the bike was ready for tomorrows big ride, until the last corner from home where the LH transfer port decided that it should join the exhaust port above it.
The bike is currently runs a wiseco +1.5 mm in a steel sleeve.
The sleeve cracked out between the ports.

Does anyone know whether it is feasible to put in another sleeve in this barrel or should I start with another barrel?

Don't see why its not possible,I deal with some diesel engines at work that have removeable steel sleeves and as long as the block or outer cylinder in this case is in good condition I don't really see anything wrong with having it resleeved.
